How to Fix Push Notification Issues on Your Smartphone?
Before you check for other causes, it is best to set up the notification settings properly on your smartphone. So, here are some fixes. (1)
Method 1: Go to Settings. Then to the Apps and Notifications tab. In there, you can find notification settings for all the apps.
Method 2: Go to Settings. Then click on the Sound and Vibration. There you can find the Do Not Disturb mode. If Do Not Disturb mode is enabled, make sure to disable it.
Method 3: Go to Settings. Then go to Connections. If the Flight mode is turned ON, remember to turn OFF the mode.
Outdated Lorex Cloud App
An outdated app can be the cause of the Lorex notifications not working. So, update the Lorex cloud app to the newest version.
Disabled Notification Settings On FLIR FX App
If you are using a FLIR FX camera, this section might help you immensely. The FLIR FX app is commonly used with FLIR FX security cameras. It is possible that the push notification settings are disabled in the app. If that is the case, here is how you can enable it.
Step 1: Open the FLIR FX app on your tablet or smartphone. (2)
Step 2: Click the three-dotted icon on the top left corner of the screen.
Step 3: In there, you can see a notification icon. If it is ORANGE, that means the push notifications are enabled. If not, that means the notifications are disabled.
The above methods will help you nicely while fixing Lorex notifications, not working issues. If the 1st method does not work for you, try the second. After a few attempts, your smartphone or tablet will receive notifications.
